OUR MISSION

Eat Your Heart Out is a chef-led hospitality company built by a team from some of Minnesota’s best restaurants and the backstage kitchens of your favorite bands.

We cook from scratch, don’t cut corners, and believe that how a business operates matters just as much as what it serves.

We built Eat Your Heart Out with the intention of sharing success. Our profits are structured to be distributed across our team, reinvestment into the business, long-term stability, our partners, and the community we’re a part of — because we believe everyone connected to the work should benefit from it.

At the same time, we’re committed to building a company that stays fair internally. While many businesses allow the gap between their highest and lowest paid employees to grow endlessly, we’re building ours differently. Today we operate closer to a 2:1 ratio, and we’ve committed that we will never exceed 10:1.
